Framework

Role Onboarding

Defined the operational boundaries and SLAs for cross-functional Content Strategists to establish adaptation and leadership.

Strategic Kickoff

Built a standardized intake process to align UX and business objectives, preventing scope creep and ensuring early-stage content strategy involvement.

OUTCOME

Designed an Agile framework to help Content Strategists manage multiple projects, centralizing planning, deadlines, and capacity tracking. Validated via a pilot program, this methodology empowered the team with operational leadership and early-stage project involvement, directly improving cross-squad alignment and product quality.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Ambiguity surrounding the Content Strategist role led to fractional and fragmented project allocations. This lack of integration caused misaligned deadlines and squad friction. Furthermore, without systemic tracking, leadership could not evaluate true workload capacity or quantify the operational impact of content decisions, devaluing the discipline's strategic contribution.

STRATEGY

  1. Research & Audit: Conducted deep research and audited historical data to establish an operational baseline.

  2. Gap Analysis: Conducted interviews with Senior and Junior Content Strategists to identify systemic workflow gaps and baseline friction points.

  3. Stakeholder Alignment & Implementation: Partnered with the UX Discipline Manager (agile expert) and facilitated alignment meetings with UX Principal Managers to secure sponsorship, overcome resistance, and launch the system.
